For the second time now, NSTLAW is one of the members of the Japanese Business Alliance in Serbia JBAS, who contributed to the creation of JBAS’s newsletter vol. 2. JBAS as one of our most esteemed pro bono clients embarked on this exciting adventure, with the launching of its own newsletter. It was an honour for us to participate by providing an insight into the most interesting regulatory news in the past period and the period to come.
Our Senior Associate, attorney at law Tijana Kovacevic, who is the author, gave her view of the upcoming tax reform, affecting entrepreneurs and companies doing business with them as service providers, particularly in the IT sector.
Tijana also gave some interesting insights into the new Guidelines for Tax Benefits of Donors, as well as the novelties the new Law on State Aid Control imposes.
