A Bulgarian investor, Kornikom EOOD which has invested in an underwater mine in Serbia has brought an ICSID claim against Serbia. The claim was registered on April 30 and was brought under the Bulgaria – Serbia investment treaty over the termination of privatization agreement nearly a decade ago.
Kornikom is jointly represented by White & Case London office, Bulgarian law firm Georgiev Todorov & Co and NSTLAW from Serbia.
